Our Seattle office has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior level management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
• Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
• Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
• Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
• Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
• Research and arrange detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compile all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
• Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
• Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
• Maintain files and documents
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• FINRA Series 7 license required
• 3 years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
• Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines required

Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $30-$32.92/hr.
